職務内容
- Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM)- lead the team for strategic improvements in renewal business
- Identify and develop new business and up selling opportunities, as well as to ensure continuation maintenance/care services
- Execute and oversee operational management
理想の人材
- Has strong people management skills - more than 5 years preferable
- Over 10 years of experience in mobile telecommunications industry preferable
- Business English level (Reporting to non-Japanese)
