Our client is headquartered in New York and is one of the largest consumer companies in Japan with a brand that is well recognised in the luxury industry. The environment is fast paced and international, open communication is encouraged. Very profitable business with over 1,000 employees in Japan.

職務内容

You will manage a team of financial analysts and be responsible for:

• Budgeting and forecasting of company financials
• Analyzing variances of actual vs forecast, forecast vs forecast, forecast vs budget etc
• Performing ad hoc analysis and working in special projects
• Supporting other departments in vendor selection and sourcing of goods and services
• Supporting in sales planning and forecasting for key channels including E-commerce, factory, full price and promotional events
• Support in planning of store resources

理想の人材

• Analysts and logical thinking
• At least 5 years experience in managing a financial planning and analysis team
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Background in accounting is preferred
• Passion for consumer goods business
