Job Description

· Product management for both onshore and offshore equity funds · Co-ordinate and manage new and existing products · Work with relationship managers and their clients to win mandates for new products · Liaison activities with overseas offices within the group · Maintenance and development of offshore fund reporting

Co-work with:

Sales Teams (both Institutional & Retail Sales) · Investment Teams and Product Managers (including overseas offices) · Compliance / Other operational functions · Consultant Relationships, Communications, RFP

The Successful Applicant
· Previous experience working with complex financial products, ideally in an asset management firm · Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese & English · Ability to work on own initiative within a team environment · Deadline driven, ability to priorities · Ability to plan ahead and to lead projects · Analytical skills · Meticulous attention to detail; accurate · Creative problem solver · Team oriented · Client focused
