職務内容

Exciting opportunities to join major Investment Banks to provide top quality support for mission critical Equities applications.

• User-facing: Be the point of contact for any queries / issues around applications.
• Application/Production Support: Daily operations of application environment, crisis management, production delivery management including monitoring & control
• Projects: Rollouts & deployment of new applications, continuous improvement of systems & services
• Relationship management: Build strong partnership with business, IT teams, other departments such as Compliance
• Others: Vendor management & control, Documentation

For Senior roles, you will provide leadership, management and mentoring of junior team members. You will establish KPIs, suggest and planning of systems improvement, participate in meetings with stakeholders and global teams.

理想の人材

• Must have minimum 3 years experience providing application/production support for Financial firms, preferably in Equities IT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical skills: UNIX, Linux, SQL, Scripting, FIX
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Logical, pro-active, organised, energetic.
• Team-player.

For Senior positions, experience managing and mentoring a small team is required. Ability to communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.
