職務内容
You will function in a middle management capacity responsible for the delivery of both Help Desk and End User services supporting internal employees throughout Japan. The actual support organizations may be outsourced to third party vendors or a combination of internal and external resources. Specific skills with respect to managing all aspects of the End User desktop support and PC fulfillment processes are essential. These include, but are not limited to: -Operations Expertise (specifically PC based support). -Desktop Support Supervisory Experience. -Project Management Experience. -Budget Development and Financial Experience -Strong Technical Skills

Help Desk / End User Management Experience (5 –10 years preferable)
English/Japanese Reading & Speaking ability
Ability to Escalate Issues Accurately to Senior Management Levels
Creative Problem Solving Skills
Ability to Interact with Senior Executives While Providing Real Time Support
Prior Experience Supporting or Working in a Global Company
