My client is a boutique on-line brokerage specializing in Equities financial products sales

職務内容

- Planning and implementation of infrastructure relating to compliance with laws

- Plan, implement and perform risk management

- Respond to inspection by the supervisory authorities

- Oversee pertaining to notification and reporting to the supervisory authorities

- Research and remain to up date with newly established laws and regulations

- Provide guidance and advice

- Train employees on compliance

- Advice and guidance for reporting and consultation from employees

- Report into the to General Manager of the Compliance Department based in Japan

- Ensure cooperation with the business and other departments

理想の人材

- Knowledge of law

- Business level English skill

- Experience in Financial / securities industry – if possible

条件・待遇
3.5 million - 4.5 million + Social Insurance paid (valued at 800,000 yen)
