Job Description
As a member of Wood Mackenzie's Client Services team, you will provide dedicated customer care. You will need to develop strong relationships and provide each client with consistently excellent service. Reporting to the Asia-Pacific Client Services Team leader you will also have key relationships with the Account Managers and all other Wood Mackenzie departments. The day to day role will vary greatly and include:
The Successful Applicant
The key will be strong client facing skills and you will have a background that could include 2 to 3 years of Account Management, Client Service or Sales Support. To be successful you will need to be able to manage multiple tasks, multiple contacts and co-ordination with multiple teams. Attention to detail is important and experience reviewing and managing client contracts would be beneficial.
