・Contribute to strategy planning with strategy implementations for offline (OFL) and online (ONL) channels.
・Business analysis to highlight trends, portfolio gaps and opportunities, competition, DCS/SI/SO, and market share.
・Monitor marketing budget, apply PO and follow up timely, make budget reports.
-Develop business case planning and new product launch toolkit.
-Work with supply chain team to closely track and concrete quantity & time schedule.
-Timely monitor and track product performance and launch progress.
-Keep eyes on market price variations, collect price information.
-Analysis and execute cluster pricing adjustment.
-Track & maintain POS info including POS #, SOS%, Coverage%, display discipline.
-Implement and track POS execution at campaign/project basis.
-Co-work with Trade Marketing team (both OFL & ONL) to develop POSM, and activate the campaign or program..
-Monitor competitor marketing activities, product releases, provide analysis.
-Co-work with trade marketing team (both OFL & ONL) developing comprehensive regional campaign.
-Plan and feed campaign/activity planning and guidance.
-Contribute and execute regional activities or events
-Collect regional campaign results and provide evaluation including: sales results, YOY%, impression, conversation rate %, ROI and key learning.
・Strong business acumen: detailed and synthetically mindset
・Passion for gaming or music products and consumers' behavior
・5+ years of international experience in consumer electronics, and/or brand/marketing management consulting with knowledge of marketing communication as well as portfolio management
