1.Developing digital marketing strategy and managing digital marketing campaigns.
2.Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing project
3.Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
4.Lead the development of a direct-to-consumer/digital marketing business model and end-to-end strategy.
5.Collaborate with Marketing business partners (Advertising, Media Relations, Web Strategies, Corporate and etc) to develop the most effective integrated strategies digital marketing offering
6.Analyze and report on effectiveness of marketing initiatives to business partners and propose recommendations on future strategies.
7.Drive ongoing measurement and process improvements, including SEO/M efforts, customer's engagement metrics and campaign ROI/MCVNB.
8.End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact
9.Monitor market trends and competitors to develop effective digital marketing strategies
10.Performs other related duties as assigned.

・Strong analytical and digital marketing skills
・Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
・Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
・Ability to effectively interact with employees at ALL levels of the organization (including Regional Office)
・Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions
・Min. Bachelor degree (MBA preferred)
・5-10 years' work experience in digital marketing
