One of the largest healthcare companies in the world
Will be responsible for brand marketing strategy/planning of sub brands and its flawless execution to
maximize the brand sales to meet the financial goals.
Require to partner with Brand Management Team of Global Franchise Development (GFD) to ensure all the sub-brand messages both for consumer and professional to be aligned with the global strategy and yet unique and competitive enough in the regional environment.
This person will also be responsible to collaborate with Brand Equity lead to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy/plans both for consumer/professional in line with company strategy to effectively achieve business goals.
Superior cross-functional/team communication/collaboration with Business Planning & Development and Sales will be essential to help driving the excellent Sales POA activities.
-More than 10 years experience in marketing at multinational FMCG or consumer health/healthcare companies, ideally working with global brands and categories where both brand-building and innovation initiatives are extremely important. -Experienced in building relationships with cross-functional and multinational stakeholders. At least 3 years in line manager position leading and developing own team with 3+ direct reports.
