職務内容

As a member of our Medical/Healthcare Recruitment Division you will work with clients across various industries to source and introduce healthcare professionals. Your knowledge and understanding of the healthcare profession will be utilized in candidate assessment and business development.

• Develop strategies to attract candidates for difficult to fill positions
• Create effective partnerships with hiring managers that will enable a full understanding of their business and the requirements of their positions
• Providing our candidates and clients an outstanding service that results in successful long term relationships.
• Effectively manage the candidate process, including assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
• Work towards exceeding personal and team targets to enable growth of your market and career

理想の人材

Experience in a medical/healthcare position or the healthcare industry preferred, previous recruitment experience is not required.

Suitable candidates will have a track record of 2-8 years of professional experience in either corporate or highly entrepreneurial environments. What you must bring is enthusiasm, energy, and a commitment to making the most of your career. We also consider recruiters who want to build a career in a results focused, ethical and professional team based environment.
