Job Description
- Provide customer service onsite at GP’s client training location
- Coordinate class/event logistics
- Monitor quality of classroom setup and delivery
- Monitor and manage course enrollment for all scheduled courses
- Organize training materials and supplies and ensure classes are properly equipped with appropriate training materials and equipment
- Enter information into client’s Learning Management System and produce miscellaneous reports as required
- Collect and process evaluation data
- Assist in the distribution of marketing and communication materials as directed
- Participate in proposal and presentation development
- Monitor industry trends
- Identify opportunities to increase business with existing and potential customers
The Successful Applicant
GP welcome bilingual (Japanese/English) candidates with the experience and skills stated below:
- Some customer service experience
- Experience and knowledge of training administration and delivery programs
- Computer knowledge and proficiency
- Detail oriented, analytical, strong communication skills
