Job Description

  • Provide customer service onsite at GP’s client training location
  • Coordinate class/event logistics
  • Monitor quality of classroom setup and delivery
  • Monitor and manage course enrollment for all scheduled courses
  • Organize training materials and supplies and ensure classes are properly equipped with appropriate training materials and equipment
  • Enter information into client’s Learning Management System and produce miscellaneous reports as required
  • Collect and process evaluation data
  • Assist in the distribution of marketing and communication materials as directed
  • Participate in proposal and presentation development
  • Monitor industry trends
  • Identify opportunities to increase business with existing and potential customers

The Successful Applicant

GP welcome bilingual (Japanese/English) candidates with the experience and skills stated below:

  • Some customer service experience
  • Experience and knowledge of training administration and delivery programs
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency
  • Detail oriented, analytical, strong communication skills
