Our client is an internationally well represented premium consumer products company with a strong portfolio of popular brands. The company has a vibrant international working culture and is looking for an in-house consumer insight manager to propose strong business strategies through analysing the market information.

職務内容

Reporting to the Marketing Director the Consumer Insight Strategic Planning Manager will be responsible for:

• Analyse market and business information by segment and brand to have as the base for the 4 year strategic plan and annual budget plans
• Prepare volume forecast and estimate trend for the 4 year plan
• Build a platform of internal and external data management to ensure fact based strategic and operations decisions
• Plan, design and execute market research studies and make recommendations
• Monitor competitors and overall market to identify opportunities
• Manage 1 direct report

理想の人材

• Bachelor degree or above
• High fluency level in English with good business Japanese skills
• Experience as a strategic planner or insight manager for consumer products either in-house or agency
• Qualitative and quantitative market research skills and strategic planning background is highly desirable
• Highly knowledgeable of latest consumer research methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
