-Responsible for the office and administrative affairs.
-Responsible for event management and coordination of all events by attending or presenting. Plan, facilitate and prepare and lead organizational events like Christmas Party, New Year event etc.
-Verify all invoices and put them on the payment process in timely manner.
-Accept and successfully execute office management and admin related changes while keeping business focused on their business priorities.
-Responsible for maintaining appropriate property and casualty insurance for local office.
-Good communication skill in both Japanese and English
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Ability to accept accountability, assume pro-active leadership, demonstrate initiative, and lead by example in teamwork, cross-unit cooperation, information sharing.
-Ability to understand business needs and address conflicts, competing priorities as necessary.
