Our client provides research and consulting services for global energy, metals and mining companies.
・Make pro-active outbound calls to prospect companies.
・Qualification of inbound enquiries (web) as a result of marketing campaigns, as delegated by APAC Regional Head.
・Helping to build & clean lists at the beginning of campaign by direct phone contact with prospect companies (supported by desk based research).
・Qualifying all leads using an agreed methodology.
・Achieving agreed call rates and quality criteria for calls and qualification
・Monitor revenue generated from Lead Management activities, drive revenue opportunities with Sales.
・Work closely with Sales and Marketing, and Research to ensure a feedback loop is in place. Make recommendations on improvements to process and systems and campaigns.
・General support of marketing campaigns and activities, as delegated by manager, that may involve non-phone related project management tasks.
・Can speak and converse confidently in English and Japanese
・Proven successful track record (3 years plus) in a challenging Tele-marketing environment
・Effective use of Salesforce, Pardot and Microsoft Office Products
・Excellent project management skills, to maintain multiple projects at the same time
・Working experience promoting and qualifying opportunities for complex and high value solutions, products or services
・Experienced in using effective qualification and questioning methodologies
・Strong verbal and written communication skills
・Excellent team player with enthusiastic outlook
・Resilience to deal with high number of daily calls whilst maintaining positive working attitude
・Ability to work to defined and measurable targets
・Have a hunger for results
