Being responsible for effective hiring to develop organization and business in Japan.
・ Sourcing appropriate candidates by Agent, Jobsites, headhunting and any other networking.
・ Finding new Agent or head hunters and negotiate fees
・ Managing interview process including closing and issuing offers after sharing it with the TA Director.
・ Communicating with each agent to build good relationship in order to find appropriate candidates and to share market situation
・ Creating hiring analysis report and set up Kpi of the recruiting
・ Market research in order to generate new candidates.
・ Actively participate to the global project concerning recruiting
・ experiences in recruiting or human resources.
・ High communication skill with each function and stores.
・ Self-learner and Self-starter.
・ Flexibility in work.
・ Business level in English
・ PC Skill Microsoft Office- Intermediate /Able to prepare documents.
