Support teams to develop talent acquisition strategy to shorten time to fill with quality employee, reduce recruiting cost and streamline recruiting process.
Identify best recruiting channels in the local market through traffic analysis.
Reinforce employee referral and people network to improve direct sourcing initiative.
Educate and facilitate hiring manager to conduct structured interview based on building blocks.
Coach and consult managers to strengthen and build leadership capability across business areas working together with Sr. Manager, HR.
Incorporate insights from talent analytics data to drive decision making and action planning to address root causes and support to develop initiatives which would impact on employee engagement.
Performance/Compensation Review Process:
Support a client group to complete a whole process of performance /compensation reviews working closely with Sr. Manager, HR and Global HRIS whenever necessary. Assist teams with goal writing process; design and facilitate workshops as needed.
Provide feedback and coaching to managers when assessing performance, writing reviews, and making pay decisions.
Support teams to provide a total reward system architecture that is reflective of the global rewards offering whilst offering a competitive remuneration package in the local market. provide the strategy and administration of the payroll and benefits.
Conduct market survey on compensation and benefit if needed.
Integrate global Decker HRIS system with local adaptations where appropriate to ensure
effective use of HR information. Provide timely and accurate reports as requested by internal clients.
