+ SET LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES to align with company
and regional goals
+PROGRAM DELIVERY: Establish Japan Training plan and deployment
methods utilizing training team as well as ; engaging department heads and
building their commitment on the training plan. Manage the delivery of
core and specialized sales and management development programs to train
management and sales professionals to act as key sales drivers.
+ MANAGE BUDGET: Develop Japan Training budget based on expected
deliverables monitor training expenses and adjust spending and resources
allocation to fulfill training needs.
+ LEAD AND MANAGE TRAINING TEAM: Provide direction and coaching
for regional training team. Also, maximize additional internal available
resources (OJT)people, process and tools) to complete all training projects;
whilst occasionally sourcing, identifying and collaborating with external
vendors to develop and/or deliver training initiatives as appropriate.
+ PROGRAM/PROJECT ADMINISTRATION Manage training logistics,
translations, communications and documentations and provide both regular and
ad hoc reporting to HQ Global Education & Development Team.
+ Requires experience in Training and Development field
+ Experience of developing and delivering technical training
+ Experience of developing and delivering people development training
+ Excellent communication, presentation, public speaking and persuasive skills
+ Critical thinker and creative varied approaches
+ Initiator - Effective leadership abilities to organize training team and sessions
+ English communication skills in writing and verbal
+ College graduate
