1.To assist retail team to identify training and development needs in the company
-Understand company business goals and people requirement by communicating with key stakeholders.
-Identify training needs through all possible channels such as sales/merchandising/mystery shopper reports, shop visit, and etc.
2.To facilitate training courses and improve the effectiveness of training
-Facilitate core training courses such as On-boarding for new joiners, seasonal product training, Burberry Experience training and field coaching.
-Conduct after-training evaluation and field coaching through store visit.
-Make and implement training follow-up plan to support employees to transfer the knowledge and skill they learnt at classroom to right behaviours in the workplace.
3.To improve store service & productivity effectively by monthly store visit and partnership with retail manager
4.Be responsible for other retail related tasks
+experience working in retail store.
+Strong Commercial mindset and analysis KPI skill is required .
+Retail field coaching experience is preferred.
+Professional facilitation skill to deliver class room training course.
+Professional presentation skill is required
+PC skill (excel, word and powerpoint)
+Must have good personal organisation and strong administration skills
+English skill are required (reading /speaking/ writing )
+Positive, Passionate, Proactive behaviours are required.
