+ Recruitment and dismissal, awards and penalty
+ Responsible for corporate fringe benefits and welfare policy
+ Fully accountable for reporting to corporate headquarters and planning processes:
budgeting of labor, general operating expenses, travel expenses, etc.
+ Responsible for keeping good relationship with corporate lawyers and medical
+ In charge of internal human resources management system and implementation of
+ Responsible for maintenance of Corporate Articles
+ Responsible for agenda/minutes creation and keeping record of board meetings
both in Japanese and English
+ Responsible for corporate premises rental contracts and negotiations
+ Responsible for office building maintenance contracts
+ University graduate
+ Overall HR knowledge/experience and general administration management skills
(having Health , Safety, Environment related experience is preferred)
+ Leadership and supervisory skills
+ Languages: English fluent in both oral and written skill; Japanese native
+ Experience in recruiting permanent employees and temporary staffs
+ Experience in employees' annual goal setting and performance appraisal
+ Experience in health, safety and environmental control
