+ Develop and execute the training solutions required to support our business objective of increasing sales, market share, profitability, and customer experience to ensure sustained growth
+ Support team in developing and implementing comprehensive training metrics and reports to ensure internal customer needs are met.
+ Work closely with Area Managers and HR to ensure trainings or any other developmental solutions to be delivered most effectively
welcome candidate who:
o has training planning and execution experience in Fashion/Luxury industries
o has experience as Store Manager, Stylist, MD in fashion/apparel brands with an ability to deliver training
o has worked as freelance trainer with fashion related clients
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Experience in management training i.e. Situational Leadership, Coaching Training, is a plus
+ English communication skill is a plus
