Our client is a top-tier luxury fashion brand with its HQ in France. It has been the world's attractive fashion leader for the decades with the loyal fans worldwide. It has been successful not only fashion, leather goods, but also with cosmetics.
*Coordinates the planning and execution of: Product category-support events, CRM promotional programs, Boutique events and Ad-Hoc corporate/divisional event activities.
*Works closely with all departments across the division.
*Coordinates the technical aspects of the event production with the Event Management Company and Suppliers, and in coordination with Paris, as required.
*Arranges venue inspections
*Coordinates the design of floor layout plans
*Arranges gifts by event type
*Coordinates overall event field operations
*Controls project expenses and optimizes cost performance from suppliers
*Responsible for the production of event invitations; supervises printing and delivery processes with Printing & DM companies.
*Provides relevant information in written and verbal forms to boutiques and concerned departments
*Gives comprehensive and timely guidance to boutiques and concerned departments
*Ensures speedy posting of topline results
*Contributes to the planning, scheduling and post-control of all events
*Responsible for issuing monthly status reports to Paris Headquarters and competitive reports
*Responsible for the administrative work within the Event team
Experiences, Skills and Qualities:
*Bilingual: Japanese and English. French is a plus.
*Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or communications-related fields
*Interested in Fashion and Retail business
*Good writing and communications skills
*Well-organized and able to manage multi-tasks.
