Sales & customer communication for Seat programs for Customer Group.
Responsible for two role in sales organization mainly. New business acquisition through sourcing process and global sales management for entire product cycle to EOP.
Focus customer relation, new business development, delivery support, working with engineering, finances, quality and so on. Also close communication with overseas colleagues & driving them is essential in this position.
・Builds and maintains good relationships with customers to ensure continuous revenue growth.
・Communicates well with related team members and leverages internal resources to effectively deliver against customer requirements to ensure smooth progress of programs, focusing on team effort.
・Personal sales of equipment/services to customers, incl. clarify system design focusing on features & benefits and launching of new products/services.
・Preparing and revising of project costing and quotations, incl. tenders
・Follow-up on all quotations submitted and report quotation status
・Negotiate and finalize contract with internal and external customers
・Good understanding of automotive industries' development system & decision making process.
・Over 5 years experience as sales in automotive industries, especially in car parts supplier.
・International business experience, either from having lived abroad or from having worked for a foreign-affiliated company, is preferred
