About Our Client
Our client is a leading international firm.

Job Description
As training manager you will be responsible localizing and rolling out global training programs across Japan. You will excel in all aspects of training from needs analysis and curriculum planning all the way through to hands on classroom delivery. You will manage 8 other trainers and will responsible for ensuring consistent levels of delivery.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will already be an experienced learning and development professional who will bring a strong passion for development to the team. You will be used to working both globally and locally and will have excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
