About Our Client
Our client is an international Information Technology company. The Company offers a range of IT services and business solutions in segments including banking, financial services, manufacturing, retail and distribution. At the moment, our client is expanding their businesses into the pharmaceutical area and already closed several exclusive agreements with major leaders in pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and implement methods and technologies to improve Services to customers / clients
• Manage and exceed applicable Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction Index
• Manage operational performance requirements from customers and advise on appropriate solutions
• Effectively interact and coordinate with key client to maintain and improve relationship
• Ensure timely and successful completion of customer requests and projects
• Interact and review project status with management and external resources
• Tracking tasks and monitoring the progress of work
• Actively participate in team building and mentoring of the staff

The Successful Applicant

• Ability to speak, write and read Japanese at native level. Strong communication skills in English are required to communication with overseas.
• Strong infrastructure Services Delivery Background and experience on Service Level improvement
• Overall experience of IT-IS environment in international companies
• Sound experience on Project Management and team building
• Data center operations / management background with experience leading a team of over 20 people
• Strong vendor management experience and negotiation skills
• Ability to make business critical decisions fast and with minimum supervision
