Job Description

The Senior Manager, Retail Finance will report to Director, Retail Finance and manage a team of experienced and dedicated Analysts. You will partner with key leaders in the business especially within Retail.

• Lead analysis, planning and forecasting of full price and outlet channels
• Tracking and communication of Japan sales performance
• Driving improvement in store productivity
• Operational support and ad-hoc analyses

The Successful Applicant

• At least 7 years experience in finance planning and analysis or corporate planning within a large investment bank, leading consulting firm or multinational commercial company. Candidates with experience in FMCG or other fast paced industry will be preferred.
• Demonstrate strong analytics experience, critical thinking and attention to detail
• At least 3 years experience management people and ability to build trust relationships with internal partners
• Proven analytical and logical/critical thinking
• Experienced deep dive analytics. Advanced Excel skills and able to guide financial modeling
• Excellent communicative ability in both English and Japanese
