Working across the product development and merchandising processes, focusing on maximizing design innovation, sales, margin and growth. With a focus on consumer insights and competitor analysis, we provide services in support of business analytics, product lifecycle management, assortment planning, financial forecasting, strategic sourcing, allocation and supply chain management.

Developing and aligning distribution, logistics and retail store strategies with the overall supply chain from warehouse design, automation and startup to transportation management, store operations and customer experience.

Assisting clients in the definition, selection and implementation of industry-leading technology solutions to support all aspects of their business and operations. From best-of-breed solutions to the world of enterprise application systems, we pair technology with the necessary business requirements to create optimal results for our clients.

Acting as strategic advisors to retailers, suppliers and private equity funds in evaluating and managing major investments. We provide the financial and strategic insights to corporate leadership and private equity sponsors with long-range planning and due diligence support in pending transactions.

The Successful Applicant

[Candidate Qualifications]
-Bachelor’s degree
-Have an interest in retail and consumer packaged goods industries
-More than 5 years’ experience as a SE, IT Engineer, Software/Hardware Engineer
-Deep knowledge/experiences in the following IT area:
--- IT Architecture
--- IT Infrastructure
--- Computer language, OS, Data-base
--- CPU, Memory, Hard-Disk, Network
--- New technology, such as Cloud Computing, Mobile Technology, and Social Networking Services
--- ERP, BI

Since we are in the building phase of the Japan IT consulting team, we have no specific preference in the candidate's technical area of expertise. We would like to see our candidates utilize their IT experience and provide business solutions to our customers.
