Job Description

This is a senior leadership role, where you will be responsible to manage the Technology group for Banking in Japan. You will be working on partnership with the business and global IT teams to drive IT banking initiatives for Japan. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage and grow the Japan IT Banking team.
• Represent Technology group to face-off to regulators and auditors.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• You will be an accomplished professional with minimum 7 years of IT experience within the Financial industry.
• Well-versed with the Banking domain such as remittance, anti-money laundering.
• Proven people management/leadership experience.
• Preference for candidates with experience dealing with external regulators and represent IT during audit/inspections.
• Good communication, presentation and influencing skills. Bilingual in Japanese/English languages required.
• Result-oriented and able to deliver in dynamic, fast-paced environment
