For over 100 years the company has been designing and manufacturing leading edge engineering solutions for the oil industry. In Japan the company has been operating over 35 years and is looking to grow the sales organisation. The company is focused on providing high quality precision products to it's customers and excellent levels of service.

Job Description

• Provide telephone support and advice to Regional Sales Managers and customers.
• Work with engineering department to generate special pricing quotations where required.
• Using an in house database you will be responsible for cataloging daily activities, recording customer information and logging competitor activities regarding distribution channels, pricing and general market analysis.
• Assist customers and distributors with selection of the appropriate technical solution for a given application.
• Provision of a premium delivery service to customers.
• Support and monitor all quality audit requirements.
• Preparation of documentation to allow customer orders to be shipped from international locations to customers.

The Successful Applicant

• The successful candidate will have previous technical sales administration experience and/or experience in industrial processing, piping, valves or associated industries.
• A third level qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) or Science Discipline.
• 3+ year’s inside sales experience within a related industry.
• Self starting, proactive and ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Customer focused.
