About Our Client
Our Client has built a reputation for excellence across a number of specific disciplines and they are now looking to hire a motivated individual to join their Technology Recruitment practice here in Tokyo.

Job Description
Reporting to the Division head, you will be responsible for helping the growth and development of a specialist division focused on Technology recruitment. This will include the attraction and leadership of a team of people, the management of well established client relationships and the identification and development of new opportunities. You will have the autonomy to operate in a true business management role. You will also have responsibility as an individual fee earner and to help to lead and continue to grow the successful team. Market coverage will include financial institutions and or commercial/corporate entities.

The Successful Applicant
We are seeking applications from candidates with a track record of success in a client facing role in a technology and/or recruitment oriented business. High levels of commercial understanding, drive, ambition and a sense of urgency are pre-requisites. An understanding of the Tokyo market would be of some benefit but is not essential. A strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are required.
