Job Description

This is a true business partner role which is both very hands as well as being strategic. Working with senior business leaders, you will advise on matters related to manpower planning, compensation and benefits, leadership development and talent management.

The Successful Applicant
Our client seeks candidates with at least 5 years of broad generalist experience. You will be strategically-minded, but also have a ‘hands-on’ and results-oriented approach. Above all, you must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a strong level of initiative and the ability to drive and lead change. Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese are a must.
