Our client is a large, successful European company in consumer products industry

Job Description

• Manage all aspects of logistics, stock control and delivery to clients
• Identify and guarantee high service standards to clients and build long-term relationship
• Identify, measure and improve Efficiency, Cost, and Service quality of Operations
• Recommend initiatives with customers to optimize flows and costs
• Ensure that Customer Care operations fully complies with company policies
• Provide leadership and focus to team members and show problem solving skills
• Make sure that inventory and shipment level and appropriate for launches and promotions

The Successful Applicant

The position requires the following skills and experience

• Min. 5 years experience in supply chain such as customer service(order & delivery management)
• Experience in Procurement, forecasting, transportation and stock control
• Strong planning and execution skills & Project Management
• Good Communication and Presentation skill in both English and Japanese
• Customer Oriented, Customer facing experience
• Master or Bachelor University degree
