About Our Client
The client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world with a very strong global presence and a North American headquarters. Their annual revenue is over $40 billion and their business has been performing very well over the last decade.
Deploy the strategic vision and associated programs to assess, engage, and develop talent across the company.
Engage senior leadership team to evaluate skills and capabilities across all business units. Provide key thought leadership on best practice sharing and implementation
Develop, deploy and track key metrics around talent management and development.
Assist with ensuring that the client has a robust infrastructure in place to gauge and manage employee morale, gather and act upon employee feedback, and support communication of key messages. This involves managing and optimizing the different communication channels available
Perform value-added analytical support to synthesize and communicate learnings from Engagement surveys and other channels for employee feedback. Work with HR partners and Leadership team members to successfully execute upon action plan items throughout the year
Assist with realigning and formalizing the succession planning process.
Work with HR partners to facilitate more routine and consistent usage of standard assessment tools and practices to support talent development (e.g., 360 surveys, 9-box sessions, other assessments)
Conducts needs analyses, design development programs and facilitate development programs
Manages vendor relationships
Performs value-added analytical support in response to urgent, ad-hoc requests, as necessary
Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures
Understands and demonstrates the Company's core values
Performs other duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
8-10 years of professional work experience
Superior written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to effectively identify gaps and/or inefficiencies in work processes and develop solutions to improve them
Exhibit high levels of personal and business credibility combined with expert influencing skills to gain agreement to compelling arguments and concepts
Experience in working closely with both HQ and plant operation center business partners
Ability to comfortably interact with all levels of management on a frequent basis
Ability to translate analysis into clearly defined and supportable strategies/policies
Ability to work under own initiative in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on key business priorities
