About Our Client
Our client is one of the world's leading insurance company with footprints across all major cities.
-Lead recruiting activities for mid-careers, including project based volume hiring for call center.
-Work with recruiting agencies and vendors for recruiting advertisement.
-Work with TA member and other functions for project related to TA.
-Lead recruiting activities for new graduates including BCF and internship program.
-Conduct on-boarding and other process
-Plan hiring activities including, schedules, cost estimates, and resources for hiring demands of each hiring managers.
-Execute hiring activities collaborating with hiring managers and HRBPs.
-Create recruiting advisement such as Rec Navi, Town Work.
-Manage RPO for project based recruiting.
The Successful Applicant
-Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruiter for mid-career.
-Minimum 3 years of experience as a member of internal recruiting team.
-Should have familiarity of working with recruiting agencies.
-Experience of creating recruiting advertisement with using vendors.
-Experience of new graduates hiring is preferable.
