*Agrees on action plans for budget achievement

Management of the marketing team
*Initiate, propose and execute market research activities to provide market projection including feasibility study and
financial projection for new product launches.
*Develop and implement short and long-term strategic business plans, product launch plans and budgets to meet
Surgical business targets.
*Develop and implement local pricing strategy within global guidelines to ensure profits are in line with or above
*Promote and implement marketing and sales strategies, including action plans, to own sales team and strategic
partners/distributors within stipulated timeframe to achieve set targets.
*Develop relevant marketing and sales support materials in a timely manner to support maximum outcome of
*Provide market data reports and analyse competitor information to develop counter argumentations and tactics on a
regular and timely basis to sales and marketing team.
*Develop Key Opinion Leaders network and management program to drive business. Provide clinical and technical
support to key customers, working in close cooperation with Sales Manager.
*Work in close partnership and collaboration with all relevant functions within MHC KK.
The Successful Applicant
*University degree preferably major in Marketing
*Marketing experience (minimum 5 years)
*Sales experience (minimum 5 years)
*Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
*Proven experience in customer relationship management and in business development
*English competence at advance English level
