- Identifies areas to expand the footprint of company’s services and support to deliver on customer expectations.
- Develops long term senior customer relationships, supports strong governance and ensure top-to-top partnerships are mapped appropriately.
- Drives bookings growth in all LOSs across all assigned accounts.
- Provides leadership around effective utilization of value management and value realization.
- Supports VAT in building strong customer relationships and interpreting customer needs into a complete service and support offering.
- Facilitate customer satisfaction through building executive relationships, resolving issues during the sales cycle and supporting execution of a deal.
- Attend and participate in customer meetings, and communicate regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain successful business relationships with strategic partners.
The Successful Applicant
- Have strong product knowledge of the Field Services Software Products.
- 10+ years of deep industry/domain expertise.
- 15+ years of business experience in Sales or Consulting with complex business software / IT solutions.
- 10+ years of Large Account Management experience / leading account teams.
- Several years experience working customer facing roles.
- Exceptional communication skills.
