Service desk operator is responsible for performing on providing on-call service to one of our clients, including remote support. Prompt courteous response to customer as they make contact for technical assistance. Visibility and availability to the customer is essential. Service desk operator will have ability to carry out some administrative tasks along with technical tasks. Call logging and call ownership is imperative to the position.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following characteristics:
*Outstanding software and hardware skills.
*Strong technical background, able to provide 1st level support.
*Excellent problem Diagnosis and solving skills.
*High degree of motivation to solve problems.
*Ability to work under pressure.
*Bilingual capabilities: fluent in Japanese and business English
