In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for:
*Technically qualify opportunities and determine fit for our clients products.
*Organize, manage and execute on-site customer evaluations of our products.
*Understand and document product problems and feature requests, communicate them internally.
*Provide on-going customer support as needed.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
*5+ years Sales Engineering experience with contact center technology from major providers such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesys and Interactive Intelligence
*Experience with Call Center technologies such as IVR, CTI, Speech Applications, ACD,
Call recording and agent desktop applications
*Understanding of testing methodologies for regression testing and performance testing
*Technical understanding and domain experience in Business Analytics and Performance Management tools
*Experience in preparing RFP responses.
*Proven ability to work independently without significant supervision.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Regular working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break) - overtime upon discretionary scheme
*Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays
