* You will work in a team that delivers support services for clients that are receiving Premium Support services.
* Your main responsibility will be to provide customers with the highest level of support by providing product expertise to successfully drive value to the customer.
* Be the central entry channel for all internal teams facing customers, regarding all complex and business critical requests related to customer engagements especially premium engagements.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience working in a similar senior technical support role, for mission critical systems
* Experience working with large-scale enterprise software systems
* Organizes delivery and development activities for group of people
* Ability to communicate with senior management
* Negotiation Skills
* Native-level Japanese and business-level English are mandatory
