About Our Client
Our client is the one of biggest global FMCG mainly producing foods & beverage.
1/ Understands Consumers, Markets and Brands performances
-Consumers profiling: 'Local +' Understanding & Formalisation, Consumer touchpoints strategy recommendation, Priority cities hotspots identification & formalization
-Market & Competition: sellout data analysis (Nielsen reporting), competitors strategies and actions plan assessment (incl. ATL, BTL and PR activities)
-Business results tracking & analysis: internal data performance analysis and regular Brand Equity monitoring
2/ Co-lead the Zone Business Plan and recommends & pilots the Brand Activation Consumers Interaction (B.A.C.I.) plans
-Zone Business Plan: in coordination with Mktg Manager and according to global Brand Strategies, co-lead the development of Zone Business Plan, recommend its Strategic directions for sustainable M/LR Business Growth
-Hotspots Activation: Develop, recommend and implement a 360° touch-points strategy (BTL, ATL, in-store, IRL events, digital…) making international Brand platform relevant to local target consumers and targeted communities.
-Digital: recommend, develop and implement a digital strategy leveraging on international content, developing local activations and create a day-to-day digital relationship with our consumers. Integrate e-com as a selling but also telling tool.
-PR Management / KOLs Identification and Management
-ROI evaluation: Build regular monitoring of brand activities
4/ Tracks & Facilitates business results
-Be Accountable and Lead Packaging Projects: assess market needs, proactively demand for product needs (incl. leveraging on international NPDs) and recommend & execute launch plans (IMP: labels development will be managed by a dedicated person)
-PPE/TS budget: responsibility and efficient management of PPE, TS recommendation (lead and managed by BDMs) and PPE tracking
6/ Management of team
The Successful Applicant
Would typically have more than 5 to 7 years relevant experience in Mktg dept, ideally within a strong multinational FMCG company (spirits, high-end/premium). Fluent in English and Japanese.
