About Our Client
The company is a foreign based company that manufacture and sell chemical compound meant to create flavor and fragrance. Their customers in Japan are mainly foreign and local food and cosmetic companies.
- Understand the customer needs and convey the information accurately to the internal technical team, to make sure that the need is met.
- To become the face of the company and represent the company values and products to the market.
- Actively monitor market trend to identify business chances.
- Deals with customer complaints and inquiries.
- Periodically reports to the Sales Manager in Japan.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in a scientific discipline is preferred. Alternatively we welcome applications with significant industry experience in above field of expertise as well.
- You have 3-5 years of sales experience in the raw material industry.
- Ability to be self-motivated in a work from home office environment.
- Business fluency both spoken and written in Japanese and English.
- Ability & high motivation to sell value solutions.
- Proven prospecting & closing skills.
- Ability to identify customer business.
