About Our Client
- Cloud software vendor selling Treasury Management software.
- Doubled the headcount within 2 years of launching their office in Japan
- Centrally located offices in Tokyo.
- Develop and execute the annual and quarterly Japan go-to-market plan to reach the business results and desired leadership position in our target verticals, generating and qualifying leads within the region.
- Retain, hire, train and lead a team of sales representatives to over achieve their quotas.
- Provide direction and guidance to your Sales team, work with them on territory planning and account penetration.
- Overseeing the customer proposal process and ensuring that all address customer requirements.
- Leverage client's best-in-breed solutions by actively building relationships with counterparts worldwide, and deploying client's solutions.
- Supporting and educating Sales, Marketing and other internal departments to ensure that customers get appropriate updates, upgrades and event-oriented solutions.
- Allocate a minimum of 50% of time to prospecting new account opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- BA/BS Degree required
- 8+ years of experience in software / solution sales / systems consulting within large Enterprise accounts.
- 3+ years of experience managing a sales team.
- Experience successfully building, leading, and developing Sales teams.
- Must have the strong executive relationships within the Enterprise industry.
- Experience consistently exceeding an annual quota of greater than $2 Million in bookings and maximizing revenue generation within a set of targeted verticals.
- Accustomed to meeting the demands of monthly quota objectives .
- Committed to a rigorous work schedule with high demands on your time and focus .
- Experience with account planning and generating ongoing account plans for monthly reviews with management.
- Strong knowledge of Internet and telecommunications concepts, demonstrates the ability to discuss them with intelligence and conviction.
- Experience and comfort calling at executive and technical levels of an organization.
- Strong background in Internet infrastructure and/or enterprise solution software required.
- Proven track record using Solution Selling to effectively develop and close business is a must.
