*Define and execute marketing plan to drive our business and achieve our business goals.
*Understand market size, competitors, customer needs and market trends by conducting market surveys.
*Deploy pricing strategy and demand planning processes.
*Plan and implement promotional activities e.g. tradeshows, customer seminars, digital marketing etc. by working closely with marketing communications to maximize our lead generation activities.
*Manage product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
*Predict future scenarios based on market information for our mid to long term business growth.
*Utilize leadership skills to take his/her project team to higher levels of motivation and performance including goal setting, strategy, project milestone, consequence analysis.
*Work closely with global marketing team to input our customer needs.
*Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
The Successful Applicant
*3+ years of product management/ marketing management experiences in Pharma/Biotechnology/Life Science industry.
*Native level Japanese
*Flow Cytometry experience
