About Our Client
Gaishikei international company working with all major pharmaceutical makers
*Create, track and report on metrics and data necessary for success of the delivery team day to day operations.
*Ensure compliance with key customer initiatives and/or operational norms and support roll out across the enterprise.
*Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional staff and communication within and outside the organization.
*Support the delivery against key metrics, milestones, and contractual obligations for a portfolio of projects to encompass expectation setting and management against quality, time and financial objectives (e.g. project & portfolio margin targets).
*Support problem solving and resolution efforts across the account.
*Produce and distribute reports and presentation materials.
*Cascade and ensure adherence to global best practices by all members working on the designated customer account.
*Perform other duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
*Experience of managing pharma companies as customers
*Strong verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills
*Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects/tasks
*Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
*Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
*Good teamwork skills
*Excellent customer service skills
*Ability to work with minimal direction
*Native level Japanese, Fluent English
