About Our Client
Our client is the global leader in network and internet security.
They lead the market with their innovative technologies and are growing rapidly in Japan.
- The position is a split between Quality assurance and Consumer Support.
- Will be working on our consumer side, and will be providing support to ISP vendors. (2 ISP vendors in particular)
- Doesn't need to be super technical but will need to lead the Incidents that happens, while also being able to do some Quality Assurance (this is also not too technical, QA is more on user interface)
- Needs to be a good communicator as will be facing customers from time to time, also working with our development team in US, India, etc.
The Successful Applicant
- Knowledge of the security industry and products
- Support or Quality background
- A bit of a technical background
- Bilingual in English and Japanese
