About Our Client
Targeting one of the most growing product range in Japan and having wide range of products. You will manage more than 10 people marketing team in the future which is from branding, insights and digital team.
-Set the goal / strategy for long /short term Sales and profit growth and make / implement the marketing plan to achieve the goal.
-Develop and direct product marketing plans and retail business strategies, consistent with company vision and key equities that drive the team's short and long-term volume, share, and operating profit
-Leadership in related functions inside and outside to implement the planned activities and to achieve the goal
-Manage advertising and promotion agencies and budgets on behalf of channels.
-Manage demonstrator program with the close coordination with Channel Sales Department to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency.

More than 7 years' branding working experience in foreign based global FMCG in Japan
