About Our Client
Iggesund Paperboard is a part of Holmen Group, one of the largest forest product companies in Europe. The company manufactures and sells high quality virgin fiber paperboard for use in the packaging and graphics sectors.
Currently, the company is looking to strengthen their presence in the Japan market by establishing a new office. Additionally, they are looking to drive their business with strong managerial talent with the aim of better supporting the company's existing customers and developing new business in Japan.
The purpose of the role is to introduce and offer Iggesund products and services to both existing and potential customers in Japan and customer base, with the intention of maximizing business volume and revenue.

*Be accountable and responsible for day to day operations which includes:
o Creating customer strategies & plans
o Forecasting, Budgeting & Reporting
o Actively pursuing new business opportunities
o Coordinating all customer interfacing activities
o Sales negotiations
o Stock control and credit control
o Gathering Market and Competitor information and provide analysis
o Representing Iggesund at external events
o Developing personal skills and competencies (continuous improvement)
The Successful Applicant
*A minimum of 3-7 years of corporate sales experience
*Able to communicate in English (speaking and writing)
*Passionate and motivated to be successful
*Able to show leadership and sense of responsibility
*Able to travel for business
*Experience from the Paperboard and/or Packaging industry.
*Experience from the FMCG area.
*Able to communicate in Korean.
What's on Offer
*Salary is negotiable based on skill and experience, ranged from 10 - 12 M Base + Incentive.
*Full support from the commercial office of Swedish Embassy.
*Part of closely integrated regional operation along with Hong Kong and Singapore.
