Medical Affairs Assistant Manager, Euro Pharma, 14M

About Our Client
A leading global European Pharmaceutical company maker is looking for someone to support the Medical Affairs Manager. This company has over 1000 employees, and has a strong reputation in Japan. Central Tokyo location.
Regular communication with KOLs and investigators for clinical trials to provide medical guidance for the clinical trials and more extensive background, additional data or answers to questions in response to issues that arise relative to commercial, scientific or data needs .
Collaborate with clinical operation, regulatory affairs and commercial teams in multiple areas including publication planning, speaker education programs, regional consultant meetings, manuscript review and conference preparation.
Work closely with our Medical Science Liaison and Medical information in responding to medical / scientific queries regarding company products
Attend major conferences and helps coordinate medical affairs activities at conferences and may present to external audience
Responsible for the safety assessment of adverse events observed in clinical trials and after launch in collaboration with the Medical Monitors, DSPH and Post-marketing survey stuffs.
Manage his/her projects to completion, anticipating obstacles and difficulties that may arise, resolving them in a collaborative manner.
Support to maintain and further develop newest scientific knowledge and relevant communication skills
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be one who has a strong scientific background with 3 + years of medical affairs, MSL, R&D, safety and regulatory experience.
Ph.D. and research experiences.
Must have demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The individual must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills both in Japanese and English (>730 TOEIC) along with excellent judgment and ability to work in a team environment. Strong presentation skills are required.
Hands-on involvement is a must (effective use of external resources).
