About Our Client
A leading international pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment supplier. With our innovative products and services, we are helping our customers across the entire globe to implement their complex and quality-critical biomanufacturing and laboratory processes reliably and economically.
Build, develop and lead Japan Lab water products and sales team, and continuously develop and optimize the selling potential to achieve satisfactory target.
1.Develop and implement a consistent and integrated marketing and sales strategy for the lab water products.
2.Continue to develop the technical knowledge and ability of all team members on products and applications.
3.Improve the team's key soft competencies, e.g. training and presentation skill, etc.
4.Communicate with headquarters, feedback potential business opportunities and market information.
5.Support and work as a part of sales team:
Continuously improve on sales tools
Oversee products development/design and adapt products' marketing plan to improve the sales performance by monitoring sales performance on these products
Provide product training to internal sales, especially for new employees.
Support to provide customer seminar and workshop.
Provide product training to dealers. Recommend and develop core value dealers.
Make efforts to research important industries, develop the relationships of Legislature and Standard Institutions.
Execute the product campaign and develop the local campaign to improve crossing selling.
Case study, collect and share to copy the success case or avoid risks.
6. Develop crossing product line selling strategy to increase selling chance.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree or above
5 to 8 years working experience in marketing in Life Science, pharma, chemical/bio industry related.
English command skill
