About Our Client
Our client is a leading global technology company with a longstanding presence in Japan
*Responsible for setting the direction and leading all market level, customer-centric marketing & communications activities across assigned customers.
*To represent & provide Leadership teams with targeted marketing & comms expertise
*Be the nominated lead /interface to represent Corporate Strategy
*Strategic partner and adviser to CO Market Unit Head, CO
*Market leadership team; visible MCA leader in the market unit LT
*Ensures message alignment across internal teams and external facing communications activities for Japan
*Drive marketing analytics based on ROI across assigned territory
*To drive and support customer facing teams through customer focused marketing
*To ensure global and regional marketing & communications strategies & messages are customized to suit the local environment by working with the regional marketing head
The Successful Applicant
*Min 10 year of sales or marketing / communication experience with skills in IT, Solutions, Services or B2B Marketing
*A solid understanding of sales process, stages and CRM/OM Tools.
*Comfortable in a multi-cultural environment and working on a regional basis and with colleagues globally
*Balanced leader with both flexibility and ability to think outside of the box but also able to drive, lead and balance the company needs over individual priorities and preferences
*Able to work at both strategic and "hands on" levels simultaneously.
*Strong communication skills and ability and desire to network externally
*Able to interface comfortably with C-Level Audience and Stakeholders.
